A: Yes. We ship to all countries.

A: Yes. Shipping is absolutely free to all countries.

Q: Where are you located? Are the boxes shipped from Japan?
A: We are located in Kyoto, Japan. We will ship all boxes from Japan. 

Q: When do you ship the souvenir boxes?
A: We ship the souvenir boxes on the last day of every month. For example if you subscribe (or buy) on June 5th, your souvenir box will be shipped out on June 30th. 

Q: Are there any benefits for subscribing early?
A: The first 50 subscribers each month will receive a special gift item from us. 

Q: How long does it take for boxes to arrive?
A: It depends on your location. However, boxes normally arrive from 3 to 10 days.

Q: Who is your shipping courier?
A: We use Japan Post for shipping the souvenir boxes.

Q: Is there a tracking service?
A: Yes. We will send you an email containing your order tracking code . You can access Japan Post's Online tracking service to see the location and status of your box.

A: Yes. We accept payments via PayPal.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account. Can I use my credit card instead?
A: Yes. Our payment platform allows you to pay using your credit card. We accept major credit card brands such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express and JCB. 

Q: I've made a mistake. Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel your order if we have not yet shipped your souvenir box. We usually process shipping your souvenir box within one business day after we receive your order on our website. Please email us at support@my-hikari.com if you want to cancel your order. 

Q: Can I get refunds?
A: Yes, if you send us a cancellation notice before we ship your souvenir box.

A: Yes. Our website is 100% safe and secure. We use SSL security to keep your information safe and private.
